Terms of Service

Semlo is a web-based service that helps store owners check and improve their visibility on AI-powered search engines. Semlo is operated by Ticketalo LLC, a company incorporated in Delaware, USA.

To use Semlo, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password secure and confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate information when registering

You must be at least 18 years old to use Semlo.

You agree to use Semlo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use Semlo to check stores you do not own or have authorization to audit
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Semlo platform
• Use Semlo in any way that could harm, disable, or overburden our systems
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

When you add a store to Semlo, you confirm that you own that store or have authorization from the store owner to perform visibility checks.

Semlo accesses only publicly available information about your store. We do not access private seller dashboards, order data, customer information, or any data that is not publicly visible.

Semlo offers a free plan and paid subscription plans.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

If a payment fails, we will notify you by email. If payment remains unsuccessful after a reasonable period, your account may be downgraded to the free plan.

Prices are listed in US dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes.

The free plan includes limited usage as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits with reasonable notice.

We aim to keep Semlo available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or experience outages that temporarily affect availability.

We are not liable for any losses caused by service interruptions.

Semlo's AI mention checks simulate how AI engines respond to queries about your store. These checks are for informational purposes only and are clearly labeled as simulated where applicable.

We do not guarantee that improving your Semlo score will result in specific outcomes on any AI platform. AI systems are operated by third parties and change independently of Semlo.

All content, design, and code on semlo.io is owned by Ticketalo LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your store data remains your property. By using Semlo, you grant us a limited license to process your store data in order to provide the service.

Semlo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The service will meet your specific requirements
• Results from audits will guarantee any particular outcome
• The service will be error-free or uninterrupted

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ticketalo LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Semlo.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use Semlo ends immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by displaying a notice in the app. Continued use of Semlo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
