This Privacy Policy explains how Ticketalo LLC (“Semlo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use semlo.io.
1. Who We Are
Semlo is operated by Ticketalo LLC, a company incorporated in Delaware, USA. Our product is available at semlo.io.

2. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
a) Account information
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. You provide this directly when signing up.
b) Store information
When you add a store to Semlo, we collect the URLs and publicly available information about your store — such as your store name, location, product category, and profile information visible on platforms like Etsy. We do not access any private or seller-only data from these platforms.
c) Usage data
We collect information about how you use Semlo, including which features you use, audit runs you perform, and your visibility scores over time.
d) Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card number, bank details, or any payment credentials. Stripe handles all payment processing in accordance with their own Privacy Policy. We receive only non-sensitive billing metadata such as your subscription plan and billing status.
e) Communications
If you contact us via email or use our in-app feedback form, we store your message and email address to respond and improve our service.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and operate the Semlo service
- Run visibility audits on the store URLs you provide
- Show you your AI visibility score and recommendations
- Send you emails you have opted into (audit results, weekly reports, product updates)
- Respond to your support requests and feedback
- Improve and develop new features
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
4. Data Storage
Your account and store data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database infrastructure provider. Data is stored on servers located in the United States.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.
5. Third-Party Services
Semlo uses the following third-party services:
- Supabase — database and authentication (supabase.com/privacy)
- Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
- Resend — transactional email delivery (resend.com/privacy)
- Vercel — hosting and infrastructure (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy)
Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing their handling of data.
6. Cookies
Semlo uses only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format

Semlo is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
